Public Notice - Beware of Fraud

We wish to inform the general public at large that Tata Power Solar, as a policy, does not authorize external parties to conduct employment drives or extend Offers of employment, or engage with anybody for business on its behalf. It is also not our policy to charge or collect fees of any kind from educational institutions or from prospective candidates for participation in a recruitment event or to receive Offers of employment. As a policy - all letters / orders authorizing any work or business whatsoever are duly authorized mandated by due evaluations and processes. Therefore, any communication received by the public at large which is contrary to the foregoing, should be treated as fraudulent and not be acted upon unless verified by Tata Power Solar.

Tata Power Solar and its group companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered or may be suffered by any person or members of the public, arising from or as a result of reliance on or usage of any information relating to recruitment or business proposal in the company from portals, websites or e-mail domains which do not carry the domain name in the name of Tata Power Solar.
